Equipment Fabrication & Pre-Shipping
• Fabrication Commencement: Your deposit and drawing approvals kick off your equipment fabrication and lead times.
• Factory Acceptance Testing: Your product is tested with your new machine prior to shipping.
• Pre-Assembly: Systems are pre-assembled whenever possible, facilitating a smooth installation and commissioning.

Shipping, Site Prep
• Coordinated Logistics: All handled by Chandler Automation to align with your schedule.

- Forklift on site
- Machine leveled & stable
- Air & power supply installed and ready
- Internet connection to machine (if required)
- Dedicated power circuit (properly grounded)
- Product available for testing/training (as per sample)
- Containers available for testing/training (as per sample)

Installation & Commissioning, Startup, Programming & Training
• Expert Installation (if selected with order): Assemble and install equipment components according to the layout. Integrate equipment with existing systems as needed.
• Commissioning (if selected with order): Calibrated with your actual products. Test the installed equipment to ensure it performs to specification. Conduct fine-tuning and calibrations for optimal performance. Address any immediate adjustments or issues.
.• Programming: (if selected with order) Systems tuned for performance and efficiency. Ensure all systems meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Training (if selected with order): On-site or virtual, including bilingual support.
• Handover & Support: Transition equipment control to your team. Provide useful manuals, SOPs, parts lists, and guides when available. Enroll in service membership programs for ongoing preventive maintenance and support if desired (Bronze to Diamond levels).
