The Supersealer MBS20 medical sealer, is a continuous rotary band sealer designed to meet FDA guidelines for the medial packaging industry. It can seal a wide range of medical packaging materials including:

• Poly/Poly,
• Tyvek,
• Mylar,
• Pet Coated Tyvek,
• Paper/Poly,
• Laminated Foil and
• Metalized Foil Pouches.

The Supersealer MBS20 is the most economical medical bag/pouch sealer on the market today. The sealer is fully valid able/calibratable and has its own HMI, which monitors heat, pressure and speed. You can upload up to 65 recipes into the HMI. The bag changeover is made easy. Click your recipe for your bag/pouch input and all the parameters change automatically, including the height of the sealer. External ports are available for heat and pressure, so your calibrated instruments can easily be plugged in. Meeting these standards for compliance:

This sealer has minimal use of floor space. One Supersealer can replace up to 5 bar sealers.

OK Sealer offers a variety of semi-automatic bagging systems that offer you a reliable and versatile bag sealing experience. The semi-automatic T-PAK 500 system comes equipped with a Supersealer medical band sealer, an optional T-PAK Infeed device, SST Top Trimmer and a Trim Remover.   The system is assembled to seal any kind of pouch material for the medical device industry. This system can be used in combination with automatic baggers or multi operators on one line. It’s available in stainless steel construction.  The system is commonly used for applications to lay the product flat.

• It is CE marked, and
• runs on 110 or 220 volt, and
• can be plugged into any wall socket.

OKI has developed a continuous bag sealer with air evacuation or air evacuation and gas flush. This system is available in:

• stainless steel,
• 316 stainless steel,
• wash down IP65 and
• wash down IP69K.

This system incorporates a Supersealer band sealer, hot air sealer or medical sealer along with a probe and conveyor.  There is a touch screen on the flow control with a probe section of this system, so that the configuration of either just air evacuation or air and gas can be achieved. The probe can be put on a timer  or use a foot pedal to activate. Washdown version – IP65 and IP69K rated washdown bag sealers. An IP65 rating sealer can be washed down with a garden hose pressure only.  Our IP69K Sealer or system can handle the demands of aggressive washdown. Our washdown bag sealers are ideal solutions for clean-room packaging environments and packagers that require strict cleaning standards. OKI is the only manufacturer of this kind of system for bag in box that meets IP69K requirements.
