Bagging Systems
OK Sealer offers a variety of semi-automatic bagging systems that offer you a reliable and versatile bag sealing experience. The semi-automatic T-PAK 500 comes equipped with an Supersealer hot air or band sealer, a 10′ long flat conveyor, optional T-PAK infeed device, SST Top Trimmer and a Trim Remover.
This Bagging System is assembled to seal any kind of bag material for the food, medical device or staples industry. This system is used in combination with automatic baggers or multi operators on one line. It’s available in painted, stainless steel or wash down configurations.
The T-PAK 550 bagging system, is equipped with a flat conveyor and a foam or blue FDA cleat compression belt. The bag with the product comes down the conveyor belt and the foam or cleat compression belt will take the air out of the bag without harming the product. The bag then enters a Supersealer hot air or Supersealer band sealer to get the “perfect seal”. This platform makes this an unchallenged heat-sealing system for many applications, superior in performance and speed with low maintenance cost.

All the sealers are available in right to left or left to right configurations and wash down versions with various options.
The T-PAK 550 WD System is equipped with a flat conveyor and a blue FDA Cleat compression belt. It’s available in either IP65 or IP69K rated version. Our T-PAK 750 is our high speed semi-automatic bagging system. It is designed for automatically sealing bags coming down a packing line or off an automatic bagging machine.
The system is equipped with an angled conveyor with powered back belt. The Supersealer hot air or Supersealer band sealer, is mounted to the conveyor and is equipped with a T-PAK infeed device. The T-PAK infeed pulls the bag up to the product. The product then proceeds into the Supersealer and exists with the “Perfect Seal”. Each T-PAK 750 is custom built to meet the need of the customer’s application.
