  • Contact Data: The information we may collect includes your personal and/or business contact information, such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and information about the organization you represent, and other similar data and identifiers.
  • Professional and employment data: We may collect your job title, professional certifications details, employment history, and similar information when you register for our events, participate in user research, or apply for a job at Chandler Automotive.
  • Payment and billing data: We collect information necessary for processing payments and preventing fraud, including bank account details and other related billing information.
  • Location data: We collect location data to provide location-related information when interacting with our website.
  • Video or voice data: When you interact with our customer support or participate in user research studies, we may collect video and/or audio recordings, and transcripts of those recordings. We may also collect your photo or video footage via CCTV cameras or other technologies when you participate in our events and conferences.
  • Other information: Examples of other information that we may collect from you include information you provide when you interact online while interacting with our websites, products, and services or by phone.

  • Analytics providers: We may receive non-personal data, such as aggregated or de-identified demographic/profile data, from third-party sources including selected partners and companies that specialize in providing enterprise data, analytics, and service processing and packaging solutions.

We may use, share, sell or otherwise disclose the personal information we collect for one or more of the following purposes:

With whom we share your personal data and for what purposes

We share and/or sell the following categories of personal information with the following categories of third parties and for the following purposes:  

Trusted partners: We may partner with other companies that offer products or services related to ours or that host or sponsor-related events. We may disclose your information to these business partners if you express interest in such products, services, or events. If you provide your personal information to event sponsors at their booths or presentations, you should review their privacy policies to learn how they use personal information.

Service providers: We may disclose your information to affiliated and unaffiliated service providers such as our billing, collaboration, email service, analytics, advertising, customer service, event, or campaign management providers to help us with the activities described in this Statement. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to us or on our behalf.

International transfer of data

In accordance with applicable laws, personal information covered by this Notice may be transferred to and processed outside of the country in which you are resident to the Business, Trusted Partners or Service Providers, including to the United States and other countries as we deem appropriate from time to time. By submitting your personal information to Chandler Automation, you consent to such transfers and to the worldwide processing of your personal information.

Our service providers who process your personal data on our behalf may also transfer personal data outside the country in which you are resident.

How we safeguard your Personal Information 

We seek to protect personal information using technical and organizational measures based on the type of personal information and applicable processing activity.  We are committed to minimizing personal information collection to the information that is necessary for some defined purpose.  As part of our effort to safeguard personal information collected from you, we implement the following information security measures:  

  • Having comprehensive security policies and procedures.  
  • Limiting the amount of personal information that we collect to strictly necessary only.  
  • Using ssl or other secure connection technologies when receiving or sending personal information beyond internal networks.  
  • Screening all employees with access to personal information.  
  • Encrypting laptops and other portable media.
  • Maintaining up-to-date software and safeguards.  
  • Implementing physical security measures.

Our website uses certain tags, log files, web beacons, and similar trackers from third parties (collectively, “Cookies”), of which you should be aware. Our services/products are not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

Right to opt out of selling or sharing

You have the right to opt-out from the sale or sharing of personal information at any time across business platforms, services, businesses, and devices.

Request information 

You have the right to request the disclosure about collection, use, disclosure, and sale of personal information; you may request information beyond the 12-month collection period preceding the verifiable consumer request.

(2) the categories of sources from which the personal information is collected.  

(3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting, selling, or sharing personal information.  

(4) the categories of third parties to whom the business discloses personal information.  

(5) the specific pieces of personal information it has collected about that consumer.

No retaliation or discrimination  

We do not discriminate against a consumer because of the exercise by the consumer of any of their privacy rights such as right to access, deletion or opt-out from sale or sharing of your personal information. This means that we will not, because of the exercise of consumer privacy rights granted by the CCPA (as amended):  

  • Deny goods or services to you.  
  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services.  
  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services. 
  • Suggest that you will receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

Access, correction and deletion requests

We may request information from you in order to verify your request, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and then use that information to match it with information we already have. We will confirm the receipt of your request via e-mail confirmation and start processing your request consistent with applicable law. 

Changes to this notice
